Project Overview
This penthouse renovation was designed to feel quieter, richer, and more tailored to modern city living. Dardania coordinated demolition, finish upgrades, millwork installation, and the final detailing package while navigating strict building access requirements.
Challenge
The existing apartment showed wear, awkward transitions, and uneven field conditions that would be obvious once premium finishes were installed. Building rules also limited staging windows and material movement.
Solution
We rebuilt the kitchen envelope, corrected substrate issues, aligned flooring and millwork transitions, and sequenced trades around tight condo logistics. Every finish decision was reviewed against the overall architectural tone rather than treated as a standalone line item.
Outcome
The finished residence reads more custom, more composed, and considerably more valuable. The client gained a home that feels editorial in mood while still highly livable day to day.
